The Indiana Member Foundation Grant Programs

The funding for all grants comes from the Indiana Members Foundation's fundraising efforts. 

Applications are accepted and reviewed March 1- April 15.  Grant recipients will be notified by phone &/or email  by the 2nd Friday in May.  All recipients will be invited to our annual  awards banquet held the last week of June.
 
Applications received outside of this window will be asked to reapply the following year.

When making a request for a grant, the application should be completed online at www.imf4kids.org or printed, completed and forwarded to Mandy Emery, VP Community Involvement, Indiana Members Credit Union, 5103 Madison Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46227.

 Mike & Marty Ney People Helping People Grant​
 REQUEST PROCEDURES

 The intent of the Mike & Marty Ney People Helping People Grant (Ney) is to assist schools and community   organizations that help children to achieve success in learning.  For 2020 the maximum individual grant is   $2,500. The total for all grants is $10,000.  The application must be fully completed to be considered.     Examples of the types of programs the Foundation is willing to consider include the following:

  • Educational Materials
  • Youth Financial Education
  • Operational Assistance
  • Community Centers
  • Early Childhood Development
  • Specific Programs & Services to Youth


 Joan Wolfe Legacy for the Arts Grant 
 REQUEST PROCEDURES

 The intent of the Joan Wolfe Legacy Grant is to assist schools and community organizations that help   children to achieve success in learning through the arts.  For 2020 the maximum individual grant is $1,000.   The total for all grants is $2,000.  The application must be fully completed to be considered.  Examples of   the types of programs the Foundation is willing to consider include the following:

  • Art Materials
  • Operational Assistance
  • Community Centers
  • Early Childhood Development

  
 Terry Renick Legacy Golf Grant
 REQUEST PROCEDURES

The intent of the Terry Renick Legacy Golf Grant (Renick) is to assist high schools in  communities served by Indiana Members Credit Union annually with it’s golf program.  For 2020 the maximum grant is $1,000.  The application must be fully completed to be considered.  Examples of the types of programs the Foundation is willing to consider include the following:

  • Uniforms
  • Equipment
  • Fees
